The public examination of the two Arabs arrested on suspicion of being implicated in the bombing which led to the death of the Jewish colonist, Jacoby and his son on December 22nd, will open on February 28th. The police department believes that it is in possession of conclusive evidence. It is understood that twenty-seven witnesses will be interrogated at the investigation.
J. Jacoby and his nine-year old son, were the victims of a bomb-outrage at Nahalal on December 22nd when a bomb thrown by an unknown person exploded in their home. Subsequently a number of Arabs were arrested in Haifa and it was reported that the police had discovered in their possession parts of bombs similar to that thrown into the Jacoby home. The two Arabs at present under arrest, were also arrested on that occasion.
