The German Ambassador to the United States, Baron F. W. von Prittwitz und Gaffron, has accepted an invitation to attend the Tribute Dinner in honor of Prof. Albert Einstein to be held at the Hotel Commodore on the evening of March 15. The dinner is being held under the auspices of the American Friends of the Hebrew University.

Professor Einstein sails for Germany on the S.S. Deutschland at midnight, March 15, immediately after the banquet in his honor.

Reservations have been made on the dais for the eleven American Winners of the Nobel Prizes in all of the five divisions of science, medicine, literature and peace. This is the first effort that has ever been made to assemble the entire group of the American Nobel Prize Winners to pay honor to a Nobel Prize Winner from abroad. Among the winners who have already accepted places on the Dinner Committee are Dr. Robert A. Millikan, who is now Dr. Einstein’s host at Pasadena, Miss Jane Addams, and former Ambassador Charles G. Dawes.

Over five hundred other nationally known leaders in public affairs, finance, education, art and letters, have joined the Committee which will greet Professor Einstein at this dinner.

Seven university presidents have accepted places on the Committee and are expected to be present,—among them Dr. John Grier Hibben of Princeton, President Robert M. Hutchins of the University of Chicago, Chancellor Elmer E. Brown of New York University, President Frederick B. Robinson of the College of the City of New York, President Frank Aydelotte of Swarthmore and President Mary E. Woolley of Mount Holyoke.
