A third memorandum has been submitted by the Polish Ambassador to the German Foreign Office. The note protests against new atrocities on Polish Jews, and enumerates fifty-one cases of attacks on Polish Jews between the 11th and 22nd of March. More than half of the assaults occurred in Berlin.

The Polish Ambassador points out that the list of victims submitted by him is incomplete, owing to the fact that many Polish Jews are deterred, by their fear of Nazi revenge, from communicating with their Consulates. Similarly as in the previous notes, the Ambassador reserves the right to claim compensation for the material and physical damage inflicted on the Jewish victims.
