Bernard S. Deutsch, president of the American Jewish Congress, was elected vice-president of the New York County Lawyers’ Association, the largest bar association in the world, with a membership of 6,000.
Mr. Deutsch served three terms as president of the Bronx County Bar Association and is now chairman of its board of directors.
