Members of the public school system in New York have organized the Educators’ Division of the Hias Emergency Fund for the relief of Jewish refugees from Germany. On the committee, including non-Jews as well as Jews, are: Dr. I. David Cohen, principal of Boys’ Continuation School, chairman; Dr. Oswald Schlockow, Dr. Benjamin Veit, associate superintendent of schools, and Frank J. Arnold, Rufus P. Hartill and Ellen A. G. Phillips.
