Rabbi Jacob Meer Sagalowitch of Danzig, author of “Meassef Drushi” and of “Neumim”, one of the most prominent Rabbis in Easern Europe, has been elected Orthodox Chief Rabbi of Brussels, in succession to the late Rabbi Hochstein.
