I. Ben-Zwi, Palestine labor leader, is expected to join the Jewish Agency Executive following a conference with the Labor Party which is expected to take place Monday. Ben-Zwi, in conferences with the Vaad Leumi (Jewish National Council) and the Jewish Agency Executive, demanded the full powers of a member of the Executive similar to those enjoyed by Dr. M. B. Hexter, American member, and Heschel Farbstein of Poland.

The vacancy on the Executive was created by the death of Dr. Chaim Arlosoroff, who was the outstanding labor leader in the Zionist movement.
