Amsterdam Gives Chair to Refugee Professor

The University of Amsterdam has determined to establish a chair of Labor Law to be occupied by Professor Hugo Ginzheimer, formerly of Frankfort University, who escaped to Holland following the Nazi seizure of power in Germany.

Professor Ginzheimer, known as one of Europe’s outstanding authorities on Labor laws, is the author of the labor paragraphs in the Weimar constitution of the Second Reicb.
