Jews in Breslau are again being prevented from leaving Germany. An order previously in force in Breslau has suddenly been renewed and the local authorities are refusing to grant visas to Jews about to leave the country.

The Frankfurt police today instituted a new form of procedure when they began to stamp all passports belonging to Jews with the word “Jew”.
