Fire Sweeps Polish Town, Jewish Families Homeless

Two hundred Jewish families were made homeless when fire swept through the village of Czartorysko, near the city of Luck, Poland, and destroyed most of the buildings in the village. With their belongings almost completely destroyed by the flames, the homeless Jews were reported faced with great hardships.
