The Committee of Jewish Delegations announces that a “black book” will be issued, edited by Dr. Leo Motzkin, containing a compilation of the anti-Jewish legislation and actions of the Hitlerite government in Germany. Copies of the book will be sent to all the governments of the world and to all members of the League of Nations.
