David Herman, famous European stage director, arrived Tuesday on the French liner Paris. He has come at the invitation of Jennie Goldstein, owner of the Prospect Theatre, Bronx, to direct a Chassidic play of Chaim Lieberman, “The Neider,” which is to open the season at the theatre.
