Col. Edwin B. Meissner, president of the Shaare Emeth Temple, head of the St. Louis Car Company and prominently identified with Jewish communal work in this city, has been named as a member of the St. Louis NRA Mediation Board by Mayor Bernard F. Dickmann. He is the only Jewish member of the board.
