Jaws Barred from Towns

Download PDF for this date

Jews must not enter or pass the free townships of Bertholdorf, Wollersdorf or Beitsaurach near Nuremberg, according to special signs displayed outside these towns.

Nuremberg, under the leadership of Julius Streicher, notorious anti-Semite and editor of the Jew-baiting newspaper, Der Stuermer, is one of the chief centers for legislation against the Jews.
