“Judaism and Modern Life” was the title of a symposium held at the Temple Sharey Tefilo here recently under the direction of Rabbi Marius Ranson, one of the prominent leaders in public affairs in East Orange.
Others who addressed the gatherings were Edgar S. Bamberger, Mayor Ellenstein, County Prosecutor A. J. David, of Elizabeth, and Judge William Newcorn, of Plainfield.
