Two local Jews were appointed to the Omaha library board by Mayor Roy N. Towl, for two-year terms. The board consists of nine members.

The appointees are Rabbi Frederick Cohn of Temple Israel and Mrs. J. Harry Kulakofsky, prominent in women’s activities.
