Professor Max Zondek, world famous surgeon and urologist, died here yesterday. He was 65 years old. Professor Zondek was born in Wronke, Germany, in 1868. In his youth he was a pupil of the famous Berlin Jewish surgeon, James Adolf Israel. Professor Zondek is the author of several internationally known volumes on the subject of urology.
