Dr. Chaim Weizmann will return here today to direct establishment of a London bureau to handle the work of settling German-Jewish refugees in Palestine. A similar office is being established in Jerusalem.
Dr. Weizmann, former president of the World Zionist Organization, was elected at the Eighteenth World Zionist Congress, recently held at Prague, to direct Zionist activities in behalf of the German Jews.
