Judge Solomon Elsner of this city will be one of the speakers at the conference of Southern New England Jewish Communal Agencies. Other speakers will be Mrs. H. Silverstone of Bridgeport, and Max L. Grant of Providence, R. I. Ira M. Younker of New York will preside at the session. George H. Cohen of Hartford will address the luncheon gathering. Louis E. Kirstein, Boston merchant, will address the dinner session of which Congressman Herman P. Koppleman is chairman.
