Tomorrow’s issue of the Illustrierter Beobachter, a supplement of the Voelkischer Beobachter, newspaper owned by Adolf Hitler, will be devoted entirely to photographs of scenes from Jewish life in Berlin.
The photographs, taken by an American cameraman, are intended to show that Jewish life in Berlin is normal. There are also pictures of ghetto trading centers. The Voelkischer Beobachter explains that the illustrations will serve to counteract atrocity propaganda.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
