L. Arthur Greenstein, prominent local attorney, and member of the Pennsylvania legislature, was elected president of the Philadelphia Jewish National Fund Council. He has been identified with the Zionist cause for many years. Other officers elected were: honorary vice-presidents, Robert M. Bernstein, Dr. Hayim Fineman, Rabbi Max D. Klein, Louis E. Levinthal and Judge William M. Lewis; vice-presidents, Mrs. Rose Bender, Heinrich Rosenbaum and Isidore Staller; treasurer, Isidore Waldman, and recording secretary, Mary Rothman.
