Thousands of mourners participated today in the funeral of Dr. Leo Motzkin, noted Jewish statesman and pioneer Zionist leader, who died here Tuesday. Interment was in Montparnasse Cemetery. The remains will later be removed to Palestine.

Several hundred members of the Maccabee, Zionist youth sports organization, acted as a guard of honor at the funeral.
