The recent outbreaks of anti-Semitism among students of the Hungarian colleges finally crystallized here yesterday in a widespread demonstration by the anti-Semitic students, which lasted for several hours. The demonstration broke up only after the rector of the University promised to consider the demands advanced by the anti-Semitic students and to arrange an interview for a student deputation with the Hungarian Premier, General Julius Goemboes.

The anti-Semitic students demanded the immediate introduction of numerus clauses against the Jews in all the Hungarian colleges, particularly in the Technical college where there had been trouble over the admission of fifteen Jewish student refugees from Germany.
