The twelfth annual convention of the Mizrachi Youth Organization of America will be held at Syracuse, Dec. 29, 30 and 31, it was announced by Seymour Zambrowsky, national executive director. Plans will be worked out for sending a greater number of chalutzim, young pioneers, to Palestine.
