The Women’s Division of the Federation for the Support of Jewish Philanthropic Societies has through its own efforts succeeded in collecting $568,815.50 toward the Federation drive to raise $4,200,000.
Plans are now under way by the Division to increase its efforts in an attempt to raise the total. According to Mrs. Alfred A. Cook, a captain in the drive, a tea dance will be held on Dec. 25 by the Junior Group. Hostesses for the event include Marjorie Untermyer, chairman; May Louise Bodenheim, Phoebe Hockstadter, Ethel H. Wise, May Untermyer, Allie May Conreid, Barbara Forsch and Jane Sicher.
