The ex-Khedive of Egypt, Abbas Hilmi Pasha, who was deposed when the British entered Egypt, can visit Transjordania and Palestine this month if he undertakes to remain for a short time only and will not engage in political activity, according to reports current here. The Emir. Abdullah is said to have reached this agreement after consultation with General Wauchope, the High Commissioner. The ex-Khedive intends coming here for the Ramadhan feast which follows a long period of fasting.
