Samuel B. Ostrow, Detroit attorney, deputy State Commissioner of Labor and Industry, has been elected secretary of the Commission. Mr. Ostrow’s appointment as deputy was made on the recommendation of the advisory committee of the Wayne County Democratic Committee. Since his appointment he has been sitting on compensation cases and more recently assisted in CWA work of the State employment office.
