Excitement has been stirred here # the death of John Piasecki, 43, one of the men who sustained a brain concussion from blows on his head given by police clubs during the demonstration against Fascism when Dr. Hans Luther, German Ambassador visited Milwaukee on September 27.

Piasecki collapsed here early this week. An autopsy was held by the county coroner, and physicians present for the police department and the coroner declared the death was caused by apoplexy, not the police clubbing.

Local radicals promptly changed the autopsy, demanding a new post mortem examination in the presence of their own physicians. On their demand, William Zabel, district attorney, has started an investigation
