It is learned by “Doar Hayom” that the Jewish Agency has reached an agreement with Bank Zerubabel, the central financing organization of Jewish cooperative credit societies in Palestine, and the Bank of the Manufacturers’s Association at Tel Aviv,to establish special funds for granting constructive loans to German Jewish immigrants. The credits will be given only for the founding of new enterprises, factories, and workshops, and will be repayable on convenient terms.
