George Palmer Putman, Inc. a publishing corporation, today filed suit in the Superior Court here against William Dudley Pelley for $8,034,85 including interest from November 2, 1932. The complaint alleges a judgment was obtained for this amount against Pelley in the New York State Supreme Court in November, 1932.
