William J. Solomon, Jewsih Journalisht, has been appointed general manager of the Riverside Memorial chapel, 76th street and Amsterdam avenue. A native New Yorker, born in Manhattan, Mr Solomon Joined the Hebrew Satandard as a reporter in 1891, eventually becoming editor and publisher. In the course of extensive travels he made intensive studies of Judaism.
