For the ninth time in the history of the case, the trail of the police gendarmes accused of torturing Samson Bronstein, Poale-Zionist leader of Yedinetz, has been postponed to Mrch 20.

Bronstein was seriously mistreated when arrested on a charge, since disproven, of having carried on communit propaganda. The trial, after eight postponements, was to have been hald this week. On previous occasions when delay of the hearings was announced some reason for the postponement was given. This time however, the official notice contained no indication of the cause of the delay.
