Five hundred members of the Fashion Group will attend the Paramout Theatre nest Friday night to witness the screen debut of their former president, Kathleen Howard. Miss Howard, former Metropolitan opera star, is also well known as lecturere and author. Miss Howard is a former editor of Harper’s Bazaar, and is the Harper’s Bazaar, and is the author of “Confessions of an Opera Singer.” The picture is a film version of the state play, “Death Takes a Holiday.” Phil Baker, the popular raconteur will make his first stage apearance on Broadway in over a year.
Willie and Eugene Howard, popular Broadway fundters, have signed contracts to appear in a series of comedy shorts for Warner Brothers. The material used in these shorts will be taken for the several musical shnows the Howard Brothers appeared in during the last ten years.
