To Tax Polish Jewry to Aid Reich Victimes

For every Jew in Poland a tax will be paid into a fund to aid German refugees and further the boycott action against Germany. The conference demanded that all executive bodies of the various kehilloths make provision for helping Jews who have fled from Germany, Pointing out that despite the assurances of German officials, Germany is continuing the systematic extermination of Jews and Hitler agents are flooding Europe and America with anti-Semitic propaganda. The economic boycott of Germany was emphasized as being the only effective means of combating Hitler.
