Martin Plettl, refugee from Nazi persecution for his activities as a labor leader in the Third Reich, will be guest of honor at a dinner tonight to be held at the Central Plaza, 111 Second avenue. The committee of sponsors includes William Green, president of the American Federation of Labor: Matthew Woll, vice-president. and Joseph P. Ryan, president of the Central Trades of Labor Council.
