The Mizrachi Youth organizations are celebrating the month of Adar (February 15-March 15) as the thirteenth anniversary of the founding of the Hapoel HaNizrachi in Palestine.
The Hapoel Hamizrachi is composed of those pioneers who are interested in rebuilding Palestine in accordance with the Basle program and in the spirit of the Torah. They are part of the Torah v’Avodah Movement which has branches in twenty countries throughout the Diaspora as well as in Palestine. The Mizrachi Youth of America is the American constituent of the Torah v’Avodah Movement, having branches in many cities.
Each Misrachi Youth Chapter is arranging a series of events in the form of concerts, mass meetings, membership drives, etc., for the purpose of acquainting the youth of this country who have a spiritual background and are interested in Palestine, with the ideology of Torah v’Avodah.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
