–Merman Badt, former ministerial director in the Prussian government, and Hans Hirschfeld, former ministerial councillor, found themselves without pasports today when Dr. Wilhelm Frick, Minister of the Interior, declared invalid all ministerial pasports held by former officials.
Dr. Badt was placed on a temporary pension list February, 1933. The following December his property was confiscated by the political police.
