Gottheil Medal Award to Be Made in April

The annual award of the Gottheil medal, presented to the American citizen who has done the most of the Jewish people, will be made in April by Zeta Beta Tau, national Jewish college fraternity. The candidates are chosen by a committee of editors, including representatives of Anglo-Jewish newspapers and periodicals.

Previous winners include Rabbi. Stephen S. Wise, the late Julius Rosenwald, Felix M. Warburg, Governor Herbert H. Lehman and the Rev. Dr. John Haynes Holmes.
