Professor Morris R. Cohen, noted philosopher, will be one of the principal speakers at the twenty-second annual convention of the United Synagogue of America, which will be held at the Willard Hotel, Washington, D. C., from May 6 to May 8, it was announced here yesterday by Louis Soll, chairman of the convention committee.

Professor Cohen will discuss the question of vocational guidance, which will be part of the symposium on “What Can the Synagogue Do to Counteract Religious and Racial Prejudice?”

The subject of vocational guidance for Jews is one which United Synagogue leaders feel is of “paramount importance in the problem of eliminating prejudice,” Mr. Soll declared. He announced that a number of noted authorities are being invited to discuss other phases of the problem of prejudice.
