As the first public event to be sponsored by the Federation of German Jewish Societies, composed of twelve organizations, a lecture has been arranged for tomorrow evening. Dr. Eric Putkind, professor in the University in Exile, will speak on “Being a Jew in Our Day,” at the Community House of the Central Synagogue, 35 East Sixty-second street.
