A motion for summary judgment brought by the Utility Products Company, 16 Warren street, in its suit against Jonas Haies. jobber of plumbing specialties, 2414 East Twenty-fourth street, Brooklyn, to recover $150 for a shipment of German-made washtub hinges which Haies returned, was denied by Municipal Court Justice Harold P. Kunstler, it was learned yesterday.

Haies ordered the material last November without knowing that it was of German origin. He distributed the hinges to various contractors but they were soon returned to Haies because of the boycott. Haies then returned the unsold hinges and offered to pay for the sold ones. The Utility Products C o m p a n y. however, brought suit to recover the full amount.
