A committee representing fresh water fish retail and wholesale dealers will meet this afternoon at 4:30 at the office of Harlan Amen, special assistant attorney general of the state.
Efforts will be made to eliminate abuses in the business and prevent the occurrence of strikes such as the one which tied up Peck Slip market last week and which nearly prevented Jewish housewives from purchasing fish for Passover.
