The high ideals of the late Louis Marshall were extolled by Judge Lewis Goldberg of the Massachusetts Superior Court in an address before the Louis Marshall Club here. Judge Goldberg discussed Marshall’s passionate love for justice and his untiring championship of the weak. Marshall would take up the case of a minority group, regardless of race or creed, and would fight energetically for the rights of that group, the speaker stated.
