Irving Ben Cooper, counsel to the Commissioner of Accounts in New York, will speak here under the auspices of the B’nai B’rith on Tuesday evening, May 22. Other speakers on the program are James D. Carpenter, special prosecutor of Passaic County, and Dr. William B. Gourley, dean of the Passaic County Bar Association.
