Indications that the first cause celebre of the newly-organized City College liberal club, the Society for Academic Freedom, will be the case of Arthur J. Kraus, ousted C. C. N. Y. instructor, were seen when Morris Milgram, speaking at the first meeting, read statements protesting against the summary dismissal of Kraus.
