The Hebrew Free Loan Society of this city, during the past fiscal year, was instrumental in aiding 1,211 applicants to the extent of $91,415. This was reported at the thirty-fourth annual meeting. Isaac Lillien was re-elected president for the fifteenth consecutive time. Frank Slavitt was re-elected first vice-president; Morris Malkin, second vice-president, and Henry Gottlieb, treasurer. Louis B. Englander was elected to the board of trustees.
