What with summer drawing near and the 1934 beach costumes all too revealing and news from Paris that the new silhouette is to revive that of the gay 90′s (20 inch waist line) all femininity is renewing efforts to knock off surplus avoirdupois. Stars of the stage, Fashion models and mere folks to whom excess inches are so much excess baggage are becoming part of a “back-to-the-farm movement” and going up to the Baker-Bernie milk farm in Harrison, N. Y.
