Funeral services were held her today for Samuel S. Weil, 81, oldest active certified public accountant in the state and sponsor of the state legislation which requires certification of public accountants.
Mr. Weil died at the Columbia hospital following a heart attack. Widenly known in Wisconsin, he had lived in Milwaukee for seventy years, moving here from Dubuque, Iowa.
