Horace Samuel, London attorney who is defending Abraham Stavsky and Zvi Rosenblatt, Zionist Revisionists accused of the murder of Dr. Chaim Arioso off, was severely censured today by presiding Judge Corrie for attempting to create the impression that the Histadruth, Palestine Labor Federation, is trying to make political capital of the murder.

Samuel was cross-examining Rabbi J. L. Fischman, leader of the Mizrachi, orthodox Zionists, who appeared as an expert witness to testify that the political situation in Zionism was not so acute as to cause Revisionists to murder Dr. Arlosoroff, a leader of the Histadruth. He also declared he was convinced Dr. Arlosoroff was not the bitter opponent of the Revisionists he had been pictured.

When Samuel attempted to draw from Rabbi Fischman an admission that the Histadruth was capitalizing the murder in opposing the Revisionists, he was rebuked by Judge Corrie, who ruled that the question was altogether out of place.
