A course in human relations, aiming to break down barriers of isolation between peoples and to appreciate other races and cultures, has been instituted here.

The plan utilizes three main approaches to develop the desired attitudes: intellectual, with facts being given about various cultural groups; emotional, which seeks to create desired feelings, and situational, attempting to give pupils opportunities to act out the new attitudes.
